We are nearing the completion of hiring of a Lady Marketing Coordinator for Holy Gardens PMS (Destiny) Life Plans.   That seems to be a good brand name in her opinion as this is more well known.  Destiny is not. (I observed this to be correct since we wasted a lot of tarp in Pangasinan )when we inadvertently and mistakenly approved the printing of such.   Destiny is not well known.  HOLY GARDENS is.

We seem to be agreeing on a lot of things with the lady since she was well versed in selling a herbal product on line and via MLM and other lifelines.

1. That this is a numbers game.  We have to recruit and train plenty to have more sales and income.

2.  She knows how to train.

3. We agree on the content of the training sked:    goal setting product knowledge.

4.  We agreed that we will cover the following territories:  Angono Binangonan, Taytay, Cainta and Antipolo She declined the Marikina and Pasig.

5.  Starting salary

It is unlike the previous one whom we hire who seem unfamiliar with this type of selling, the training of sellers, the priorities, what needs to be done.  The other one seem to be overcome with yabang and the desire for only the salary and hence his downfall

We plan to complete her requirements next week, orientation thereafter.   train the sellers by the end of the month and sell by February.

We still are working out targets and roll out.  

We can grow the PMS by merely emphasizing benefits and selling to existing Memorial Park Customers

Remember the earlier post we made, the history by Chairman Arsenio Bartolome III how Philplans has money literally flowing out of its ears by doing business together with Heritage.   Philplans did a wonderful job of defining the need of the memorial services:  funeral and cremation and the benefits that they can get from Heritage

We printed many brochures for Destiny Financial Plans Inc and tarpaulin for product launch in Pangasinan, and unfortunately, they did not sell.  Why? Destiny is not well known.  But Holy Gardens is.

    This morning, I was discussing with the former President of PNB, a commercial bank, and BCDA who was in discussion with President of a Preneed Plan company.  They tied up with Heritage Memorial Park.  They sold pre paid plans to the buyers of Heritage Memorial Park.

    Now they are cash rich and do not know what to do with their cash holdings.   I wish we had the same problem.

    And all that they did is to have a joint business with a single memorial park.  How about us.?

    All we have to do is to sell to our existing customers and experience the same kind of growth and prosperity just like the company mentioned here.

    Our CRM, our Sales Admin can do a lot to sell to many of our existing customers.  We have to improve though our customer service delivery and delight the customers always.

    WHAT IS THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY?  Can we do the same?
