We plan to sell the memorial plans using two channels:  the existing sales force of Holy Gardens Memorial Park, and the group for Holy Gardens Memorial Plans

So in house will involve the current Holy Gardens Office Staff, Css, GT and even accounting for which they will be paid 3% of sales.  What can they sell?  The IS.  You have a memorial park lot, what else do you need?

And then if they have chapel services, they can sell the traditional and traditional packages.

With this development, the Holy Gardens Memorial Chapel can now earn more:

For Pangasinan, we eye Ms Vivian Sison and her group to lead the way for the memorial plan.

For Calamba, we eye the former St. Peterians to join us.

The product plan has been approved and the License Fee has been paid.  We hope to be operational in October and November

4.  The market is huge.  For instance, in Calamba and its catchment area, the potential market for the household is about P7 billion;  in Pangasinan, it is about P5 billion.  Even if the others have bought a plan, after using, you need another plan.

We are at final stages of acquiring a financial plan company

Last December 12, 2014, we signed the clean MoA and escrow agreement for the acquisition of a P50 million capitalized financial plan company which has been idled by the owners while they were ahead when the the fortunes of the pre need company plummeted with the problems of CAP, Prudentialife, Pacific Plans, PET, Professional, Permanent.

The seller told us that the party to whom they offered the deal at the beginning of the year, a large group of memorial park,  was running after this company. Wow! It us a coup for us/1  They seemed to have applied with OIC but the office was sitting on their application.  We are entrepreneurs and we decided quickly  it was the best deal for us.

It may be our destiny to get this company.  Very soon, for a small amount, we get hold of a 50 million pre need company, one of the 22 stronghold in the industry

We just signed a MoA for the purchase of a preneed life plan company.  It is one of the 22 remaining surviving memorial plan companies in the country.  The OIC has closed most of the 100 life plan companies due to insufficiency of trust fund and capital to meet future claims. The closure of permit to sell more plans means the end of the liquidity funnel for these companies.

The owner of this life plan company decided to quit while they are ahead.  They are selling pension plans and they were hard hit when pre need companies fell into disfavor.

They are selling the license to us and are applying for license from OIC to revive the company.

The acquisition will give us the legal structure and vehicle to sell our packages of lots and services.  We can opt for the same strategy:  cheaper if pre need and higher at need.

What are bereavement value options?
They are products and services, bundled together, or are in combo, which translate into convenience (as the products and services needed to make the work together have been purchased together) and with plenty of savings for the customer.  They are VALUE PACKAGES. This is possible because redundancies in features and benefits are removed, translating into savings.  The single transaction to sell the two or three products together translate into savings which are passed on to the customer. 
Are there similar packages in the market?
As far as we know Holy Gardens Memorial Park will be the ONLY ONE AND THE FIRST ONE to offer.

Why combo or bundled products and services?
For the telcos, FMCG products, there are a lot of bundling and combo going on.  For Fast Food, the value meals are the equivalent of Bereavement Value Options.

How does it work?
When a customer buys, he ordinarily buys a lot.  But then, when the time comes to use the lot, he has to pay for/purchase the interment service at some later date, and with new transaction etc. At BVO, the customer opts to include:
Interment Service  and /or
Funeral Service  (Coming Soon) with third party provider)
Cremation (Available at Holy Gardens Calamba with third party provider, coming soon at Pangasinan)
Chapel Use (Coming Soon)  in house;  will first be available in Holy Gardens Calamba, Pangasinan and La Union

Documentation:
The customer signs a normal PPA which states that the lot includes the options he has selected.  He signs separate agreement for each of the options for which he will be issued certificate of entitlement when fully paid.

Payment:
The downpayment and monthly payments are bundled together and our accounting will distribute farm out the payments to the different products and services selected.
Our accounting and finance group will closely monitor the accounts,

Servicing of the account:
A call or visit to the nearest Holy Gardens memorial park will trigger the delivery of service upon presentation of necessary documents:   DOS and CO for the lot, and CE for the services.

Earn as much as P50.00 per point by selling our BVO now until February 14,2014

When you sell your bereavement packages, you earn points on the service portion (funeral service, Interment Service, Chapel use, ETE) which is  one (1) point for every one thousand.  Thus for a discounted interment service, you can earn as much as 18 points.
If you start selling now until February 14, you earn the right to earn P50.00 (or 5%) for every point.  This is huge considering that we discounted the services by as much as 15% to attract more buyers, and to make selling the lots in combination with the packages easier.  Thus for an P18t Interment Service, you earn 18 points and when redeemed gives you P900.00 worth of goods (even redeemable in cash).  If you start selling after February 14, 2014.  You get 25 pesos per point
