Our planned acquisition of a P50 million financial plan company is going on as planned:
1. The clean copy of the draft was signed last December 12, 2014;
2. We made the escrow deposit of P1 million yesterday at the depository bank to cement the Moa. When this is finished, we shall be an owner of a P50 million financial plan company
3. The audit and due diligence has started;
4. We have made our product plans and need some refinement;
5. This office has submitted to the Board the investment plan for the Memorial Plan and Chapel Memorial Service
6. We shall start the Chapel Memorial Services Next Year
